Something you might not know ….
This is a pretty old TED talk that I’ve just recently found..BUTT! old or new, it’s still very interesting and holds facts you might not even know. Although I found it more of an amusing talk rather than something enlightening as oppose to the other ted talks. So…fortune cookies are not from China and not from Japan!! I wonder if the Japanese are mad that their idea got ‘borrowed and remade’..LOL! I’ve never ordered Chop Suey before and I suppose I won’t now or later neither since it’s pretty much “leftovers”. Another funny thing is it’s as if she is telling people that Chinese food is not from Chinese people and we’ve been eating made up food and as my bf stated “made by imaginary people”. hahaha
